LIV Golf Indianapolis: Live On-Site Mural Activation
The Club at Chatham Hills • Westfield, Indiana • August 15–17, 2025
Event Overview
For the 2025 LIV Golf Indianapolis tour stop, ARCY was invited to create a live, large-scale mural throughout the three-day tournament at The Club at Chatham Hills in Westfield, Indiana.
The mural was painted in real time on a 36-foot-long canvas in a high-traffic spectator area, allowing fans, players, media, and broadcast audiences to experience the artwork as it evolved across the event weekend.
Designed in advance and approved through the event’s review process, the mural celebrated Westfield and Indiana as hosts of the tournament, blending local identity with the energy of an international sports event.
Location & Audience Exposure
LIV Golf Indianapolis took place August 15–17, 2025, drawing a global audience through on-site attendance and national broadcast coverage.
The event featured world-class competitors including Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson, live concerts, hospitality activations, and a fan village experience that positioned the mural as part of the overall atmosphere rather than a standalone installation.
ARCY’s mural was visible to thousands of attendees throughout the weekend and to viewers watching coverage on national sports broadcasts, expanding its reach well beyond the physical venue.
Live Activation & Production
Painting live at LIV Golf requires precision, planning, and performance under pressure.
The scale, materials, and imagery were engineered specifically for live execution, balancing speed with detail while remaining visually legible from a distance. Working in front of spectators throughout the tournament, ARCY brought transparency to the creative process and transformed the mural into an interactive, evolving feature of the event.
Live painting added motion, anticipation, and storytelling to the tournament environment, reinforcing the connection between sport, place, and culture.
Brand & Community Impact
The LIV Golf Indianapolis mural served as a cultural touchpoint for the event, reflecting the host city while enhancing the fan experience.
By integrating community symbolism and local pride into a global sports platform, the project demonstrated how live art activations can elevate brand presence, create shareable moments, and leave a lasting impression beyond the final round of play.
The mural remains a documented part of the 2025 LIV Golf Indianapolis experience and reflects ARCY’s ability to operate at the intersection of live entertainment, large-scale production, and brand storytelling.
